Pluracol 1016 polyol is a modifying polyol which can be used in a wide variety of rigid foam applications and can be formulated using crude MDI, crude TDI, or TDI quasi-prepolymers. Pluracol 1016 is a highly reactive, amine initiated, triol of low equivalent weight with built-in catalytic activity. Formulations containing Pluracol 1016 may be utilized for foaming insulated panels, refrigerators, coolers, doors, or decorative moldings by either pour-in-place or frothing techniques. Pluracol 1016 has good compatibility with common foam ingredients.
