Tell us about your material

Name, email, phone and material details are required. Everything else is optional.

Include your country code, e.g. +1 248 555 0100.

Where your company or the material is located.

Material or trade name, manufacturer, quantity and packaging, condition (for example expired, off-spec or opened) and where it is stored.

Attachments(optional)

Excel, Word or PDF (.xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .pdf) · up to 5 files · 5 MB each

For example a stock list, a TDS, SDS or COA, or photos saved as PDF. Files with macros are not accepted.

Submitting a material is a request for evaluation, not a commitment to purchase. Your identity is never shown to buyers, and attachments are seen only by our team.

Helpful details to include

  • Material or trade name, and the manufacturer if known
  • Quantity and packaging — for example 40 drums of 200 kg
  • Condition — for example expired, off-spec or opened packaging
  • Where the material is stored
  • Documents you have, such as a TDS, SDS or COA

Any condition can be submitted for evaluation.

Surplus rarely arrives in perfect condition. Describe the material as it is — the condition is part of the evaluation, not a reason to stay silent.

Expired material
Past its shelf life or retest date.
Off-spec batches
Outside the original specification.
Opened packaging
Partially used drums, bags, totes or pails.
Excess and slow-moving stock
Over-ordered, discontinued or no longer needed.

Accepting a material for evaluation is not a commitment to purchase. Every material is reviewed individually.
